How we make our cushions

After we have received your measurements, we follow the process below.

1. Foam is cut to measurements given and if the Polyester and Stockinette option has been selected cushions are the ‘topped & bottomed’ with Polyester Fibre.

2. The cushion is then completely wrapped in a second layer of Polyester to give it a nice rounded finish.

3. The cushion is the placed in a stockinette case, to add protection to the Polyester fibre, and for ease of putting cushion in and out of cover.

4. Finished Cushion.
