Mascot Foam

This month we were tasked with the challenge of making mascot foam boxes for one of our customers. The specification for the foam mascot was for it to be light weight, comfortable and hard wearing.

We experimented with a few different types of foam, but we decided that our closed cell foam was the most suitable for the foam mascot as this type of foam keeps its shape well and is also fairly lightweight. After lots of intricate cuts, and internal supports and gluing we were very proud of the final product, as was our customer.
