We can also provide a bespoke seating foam by laminating – adhering two different foams together. For example, you could have a firm foam with a softer topper made with memory foam. Even better, F.C. Hancox doesn’t charge extra for laminating foams.

Quality foam cut to size by professionals
Our foams are supplied to us in blocks and sheets. From these we can cut any shape, from basic to the most irregular. However, even the simplest shapes need accurate cutting. If you have ever tried to cut foam using a knife or scissors, you will know it’s very difficult to achieve a straight edge. By using a professional service to cut your seating foam, you know it will be cut accurately. Our skilled technicians use the latest band cutters along with the most appropriate blades for the job. Where there is an irregular shape, templates will be used to ensure precision.
All in one place – supplies for your project
It doesn’t matter if you are a domestic customer or a manufacturer, if you are ordering seating foam then you may also need supplies to help you complete your project. From tacks and tapes, adhesives to twines and cords, nails and nail strips, we have it ready for you to pop into your basket. You will also see polyester wrap and stockinette mentioned. You will be asked if you would like to add these once you have chosen your foam. Polyester wrap is especially good if you want to make a cushion extra comfortable. We have three different sizes to choose from. If in doubt as to which to choose, give us a call. Stockinette, or Rollinet, can be used as a covering for a foam seating pad or a mattress.
